We did not have breakfast because I did not know if breakfast was included - I did not go to the small lobby to see. In any case, the room was exceptionally clean. It also smelled fresh and void of those carpet detergent and disinfectant smells that usually make me sick when I visit other hotels like the four-star SFO airport Waterfront Marriott. The best part was being able to park the car directly in front of the room. The Marriott charged $40.00 per night to self-park the car where space was only available about 1/4 mile away on the bay during a terrible rainstorm. The Kasa bathroom window opened and allowed fresh air in which is a bonus! The Marriott windows were locked shut and the air was disgustingly stale. The Kasa wall heater/air conditioner was sufficient for us and we had complete control of the settings. I had trouble getting the temperature right and requested a service and they replied Right Away! The water pressure in the modern shower was great (and we were not forced to shower in a gross bathtub like we had to at the Marriott). Kasa left us very appreciated free water bottles and cookies. (The Marriot left a small bottle of Arrowhead water and a charge sign for $7.00.) The amazing spa products they generously provide in large pump bottles were over the top (and they were not chained to the tile like they do in the Marriott) There was a very large closet and an iron and a hairdryer in New Condition. The Nespresso machine was a fancy bonus. A cute pink mini fridge and microwave were so appreciated. Free Internet and Netflix! unlike Marriott$ The room is large, and the beds are memory foam. The crispy white sheets and blankets were cozy. I would say most important is the fact the floor was not wall to wall carpet. This tells me that there were no nasty stains covered up with deodorants and cancerous solvents after each guest. I could walk barefoot; it was so clean.

My partner had to have stomach surgery at Stanford hospital this was one of the good ones not only did they give us a early check in but when my partner got out of surgery and came back she couldn’t make it up the stairs the owner had no problem giving us a downstairs room as he had one vacant he even helped me get her into the room thank you for the kind hospitality

The bed was fantastically comfy and so were the pillows!! Room was super spotlessly clean. Staff was so sweet and accommodating. Great cable TV with all the channels. Easy walking access to fast food, three or four restaurants and a bakery, and a sandwich place. Close to stores, and handy for Stanford.

Loved the newly renovated room and the cleanliness of the space. The bed was very comfortable, and they had a great mini fridge, microwave, and tea kettle. The TV works if you have a subscription to any streaming service (Netflix, HBO, Youtube, etc.). Also, the water pressure in the shower was great.

Good location. The room was mostly very modern which was appreciated. I was very close to the road so it was a bit noisy when trying to sleep but not terrible. The check-in process was so straightforward, making it easier to check in. I would recommend staying here.
